Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once an order has been placed and dispatched, including for reasons of size, color preference, style choice, change of mind, or delivery delays. Please review product descriptions, size guides, and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
We take quality control seriously and pack orders carefully. If you believe you received the wrong item, or your parcel arrived with visible transit damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Email our support team with your order number, clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the item(s) received. We will investigate with the courier and our packing records. Any resolution, if applicable, will be decided solely by us and may require additional verification.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, perfume, makeup stains, or missing tags will not be considered for any review. Orders placed during sales, promotions, or with discount codes remain strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
