Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, remote-area routing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver within Pakistan using trusted courier partners. If your address falls in a remote or high-risk area, delivery may take longer or require additional confirmation.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout and may vary based on location, order value, and promotional offers.
Address and Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including a complete address and valid phone number. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available). You can use the tracking number to monitor delivery status.
Undelivered or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to non-availability, refusal, or incorrect address details, it is not eligible for a refund. Reshipping may be offered with additional charges.
